Renaissance Investigation & Surveillance Company heralds the dawn of a new era for an organisation that has been in existence for almost a quarter of a century. Formerly Specialised Investigation Services Limited, Renaissance-ISC was incepted on 1st July 2008 and represents a key milestone for an organisation that has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. Enjoying a reputation as a quality provider of surveillance services largely, though not exclusively to the UK insurance industry, Renaissance-ISC is driven by a single ambition; the pursuit of excellence within its field of expertise.

The core values of honesty, integrity and decency have articulated the style of the senior management team following it’s formation in 2005 and will continue to underpin the ethos of Renaissance-ISC moving forward.

The company’s central administrative offices are based in Cheshire. Its covert surveillance personnel, all of whom are permanent employees screened to BS 7858 (the company does not sub-contract surveillance services), are located across the country and provide a UK nationwide and pan-European service. The company’s operations are largely undertaken in the UK and ROI and since 2005 it has also developed an international service undertaking numerous overseas assignments worldwide, including Europe, America, North Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.

Certified to ISO 9001:2000 via a UKAS-accredited agency, the National Security Inspectorate, the company holds the NSI’s Gold award. It is also an active member of the Insurance Fraud Investigators Group and an approved supplier to the Department of Trade and Industry.
