Our surveillance operatives are equipped with the latest High Definition recording media, including remote-controlled microwave cameras and covert systems. Teams also have hygrometers to measure ambient temperatures and humidity which may be of crucial evidence to the claim.

In addition, each team has a constant email communication link with its case manager providing swift two-way flow of information between the field and office. This ensures that our clients receive case progress reports promptly thus enabling strategies to be revised and agreed in response to changing case dynamics.

Our investment in technology carries over into our field support role too. Films and reports are provided in a variety of formats according to our clients’ preferences.

Our administrative personnel are trained and fully conversant with the latest software application packages and our IT system and evidential case data material are firewall protected.
