Business Continuity Management for Pandemic H1N1 Influenza

Contingency planning for a range of risks is a critical element of our Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and is a mandatory compliance requirement within our ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System.

Following the outbreak of the H1N1 influenza virus the Company has reviewed it's BCP and is satisfied the necessary measures are in place to maintain its' core business activities during a pandemic. Further, the Company has implemented an internal outbreak management policy which is subject to daily review in accordance with Government guidelines (www.direct.gov.uk/pandemicflu).

The Company is therefore confident it can continue to provide its' Clients with a full range of core services in the event the severity of the H1N1 influenza pandemic increases.
