Renaissance-ISC personnel are thoroughly vetted to BS 7858

Our field personnel are based regionally throughout the UK ensuring good local knowledge and a fast and flexible nationwide response. We do not subcontract our surveillance services. This enables us to maintain consistent quality standards.

We take training and development seriously. Initially our field operatives undergo an intensive “pass or fail” induction course. On successful completion, they then commence a six-month probationary period during which they are continually monitored and assessed. It is only after satisfactory completion of this phase of their early development that they are formally assigned as part of a 2-man surveillance team.
